We have choices that we make everyday. From the moment we wake up right till we go to sleep . Our lives are not random but rather the sum of the choices we have made . Think about ur choices this week:
¤ are they benefiting u or causing u harm: mentally , physically, emotionally , financially?
¤ have u abducted the role completely?
¤ have you allowed something or someone else to lead u to that choice ?
Intentionality breeds mindful practice and when we are present and not just in auto pilot our lives reflect the very things we actually desire.
